Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Onsite - Pasadena Office

Salary Range : $70,000 - $90,000

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the management team to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Employee Relations: Serve as an intermediary between management and employees, resolving employee relations issues, and providing guidance on conflict resolution and performance management
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Participate in the recruitment process, assisting in identifying and nurturing key talents
  • Performance Management: Contribute to establishing performance evaluation standards, ensuring alignment of employee goals with company objectives
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits plans to ensure fairness and market competitiveness
  • Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in human resources management
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to support HR decisions, such as conducting employee satisfaction surveys and analyzing turnover rates
  • Organizational Development: Participate in optimizing organizational structure and managing change
  • Comprehensive Policy Implementation
  • Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3 years of experience in HR and office management, partnering with managers on full employment lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, high judgment, critical thinking and analysis
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project management and execution skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual is required : Korean and English
