- Master’s Degree
- At least one year of supervisory experience
- Strong oral, written and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

- A minimum of three years’ experience in strategic planning, development, and implementation in higher education/university environment
- Demonstrated experience with managing complex and multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience collaborating with external funders and institutional grants officers
- Experience working in schools at the elementary, middle, and/or secondary level
