The Construction Manager is responsible for managing, planning, organizing, and controlling construction projects within an assigned territory. This role will coordinate and monitor field operations within the North Alabama and Central Alabama region, ensuring safe and efficient work, and overseeing all personnel and materials. Specific duties may vary depending on the type of project, but generally tasks include scheduling work to proceed according to a strict timeline, overseeing staff on a construction site, conducting audits and checks to ensure that work corresponds with blueprints or client requests, and monitoring safety and compliance.
Qualifications

• At least 3 years of previous experience in the construction industry, with at least 2 years of both commercial construction and management experience
• Associate's degree in construction or equivalent
• Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project)
• Knowledge of construction budgeting best practices
• Must be able to work in normal office conditions, construction, and field environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
