RoofClaim is seeking motivated outbound call center agents
This position is for a motivated, enthusiastic individual that seeks an opportunity to increase their earning potential and be a part of a growing team. The perfect candidate will have a winning attitude and be able to effectively set appointments for our sales team to assist homeowners with their roofing needs.
Sales Development Representative Duties:
- Utilize call list to contact homeowners and set appointments for roof inspections
- Able to identify homeowner pain points and adequately overcome objections
- Meet appointment quotas and exceed sales goals
- Accept calls from prospective clients as they arise
- Field basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer
- Attempt to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact
- Notate files and keep communication up to date within the CRM
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and management
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
