Ronnoco Beverage Solutions, the Midwest's leading supplier of specialty coffee and complete beverage programs, is looking for a Purchasing/Procurement Manager to join our team at our main office in St. Louis, MO. Procurement Manager will lead all aspects of the company's purchasing strategy including tracking and reporting on inventory fluctuations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute purchasing strategies through analyzing and assessing market trends, risks, and opportunities in order to minimize the company's costs in all areas and support the company's overall strategic objectives.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and manage supplier and vendor contracts and relationships.
• Oversee the development and implementation of purchasing plans, systems, and procedures to support the company's purchasing objectives.
• Track and report procurement spend utilizing KPI's.
• Capitalize on opportunities to reduce costs by improving buying patterns and supply channels.
• Understand market conditions, risks and opportunities for purchase categories to determine appropriate strategies.
• Identify optimum spend approach and execute solutions through collaboration with internal leaders.
• Direct procurement activities to ensure effective category management and capital expense projects sourcing based on quality, cost, and delivery of goods and services.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 10 years' purchasing experience
• Excellent problem-solving and financial analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with and support all levels of the organization
• Must have manufacturing industry experience
• Food and beverage industry experience a plus
• International procurement/importing experience a plus
