Overview
The People Strategy Partner plays a critical role in shaping the success of our organization by developing and executing effective people strategies that support our business goals. This strategic role is responsible for driving talent management, employee development, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position is benefit eligible, time limited roles with an expected end date of November 2025.
Reporting to the Manager, People Strategy, this role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent management, employee development, and helping to create a positive workplace culture for employees and managers.
This role will have a significant impact on shaping the organization's culture, attracting top talent, and fostering employee growth and engagement.
