Roles/Responsibilities
- Spearhead the promotion and sales of commercial waste management and disposal solutions.
- Engage actively with both prospective and current clients, leveraging the Salesforce CRM tool, ARES, for relationship management.
- Act as the primary liaison for an established clientele, addressing their needs and ensuring service satisfaction.
- Allocate 70% of your time to on-site visits within your territory for client engagement and market exploration, with the remaining 30% dedicated to office-based activities such as team collaboration and strategic account planning.
- Preferably over two years of experience in outside sales or B2B roles, demonstrating strong initiative and creativity.
- Background in the Solid Waste sector is a plus but not mandatory.
- A Bachelor’s degree is favored.
- Must possess reliable personal transportation.
- Offers a competitive salary with a commission structure, plus a distinctive quarterly equity incentive via the "Win-Win Equity Program."
- Initial three months of guaranteed commission following comprehensive on-boarding.
