The Opportunity
We're seeking a Customer Success Associate who embodies energy and expertise. This role is perfect for those with a strong background in customer support, hardware support, drones, LiDAR, and photogrammetry.
This position is designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a keen sense for ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
Job Details
Location : Denver Metro Area preferred, but can be fully remote
Compensation : Competitive salary
Benefits : Healthcare, flexible PTO
Key Responsibilities
Monitor requests for support and answer or assign them as indicated
Assist in providing technical support for all Rock Robotic products
Proficiency in the Rock Workflow from mission planning to data processing
Requirements
2 Years of experience in technical customer facing roles
Exceptional communication skills
Hands-on knowledge in drones and surveying hardware / equipment
Knowledge of GIS basics
A collaborative spirit in a team of 3D data capture experts
Part 107 certification
Ability to provide technical solutions to non-technical audiences via email and chat communications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve products
Use of CRM Softwares such as HubSpot or Gainsight
