Registered Nurse Hospice

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assessing patient conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform routine procedures such as specimen collection and processing
- Assist with catheterization and wound care
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive measures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical attention as needed

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas
- Minimum of [3] years of nursing experience in various healthcare settings
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience working with children and providing infant care is preferred
- Proficient in specimen collection processing techniques
- Ability to catheterize patients and provide catheter care
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and electronic health record systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
