MATTR Biowellness Club is a state-of-the-art holistic healing space seeking to add a highly skilled Registered Nurse to our health-centric team. Experience in administering IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular (IM) injections is necessary to your success in this role.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a current RN license in the state of Texas. Must provide proof of license.
• A minimum of two years of nursing experience.
• At least one year of experience in administering IV’s and injections.
• An active nursing license in good standing.
• CPR certification is required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment are essential.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for fostering optimal health in others.

Responsibilities:

• Provide IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular (IM) injections to clients.
• Monitor clients’ vital signs before, during, and after treatments.
• Prepare IV drips using sterile equipment and materials and ensure proper storage of equipment when not in use.
• Educate clients on the benefits of IV Therapy and IM injections.
• Conduct Biomarker Blood Tests to offer clients insights into their health status.
• Document client visits using our scheduling and point-of-sale software.
• Manage inventory and order supplies for the IV and injection department.
• Support team members with other in-store services and treatments.
• Uphold a safe and hygienic work environment.
• Adhere to all company compliance and safety policies.
• Maintaining a high level of knowledge regarding not only IV/injections, but also the expansive benefits of our wellness modalities.
• Ability to determine the appropriate course of action in more complex situations.
• Ability to work independently, exercise creativity, be attentive to detail, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous responsibilities and prioritize accordingly
• Ability to adapt and handle difficult situations involving clients, colleagues, physicians, or others in a professional manner.
