Summary/objective

The Inventory Clerk duties include signing off on shipments, counting the number of available products and reporting orders needed for parts to the controller,for more inventory according to demand. They are responsible for running to get parts when needed.

• Experience with Hollander Inventory system, a MUST

• Enter car parts in to system to maintain an accurate inventory count

• Running daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts

• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle countsReporting discrepancies in inventory that indicate theft, such as too little inventory at last countPerforms other duties as assigned

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

Required education and experience

• high school diploma or GED

• 1 to 5 years of experience working in an inventory position

• computer and software experience
