Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our corporate offices, including scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing workplace maintenance activities.b. Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, proposal negotiations, vendor onboarding and invoice processing.c. Partner with security team on building access for employees and security-related repairs and maintenanced. Ensure Health, Safety and Environment compliance throughout the property.2. Vendor Coordination and Management:a. Coordinate contractors and projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.b.
