This role will play a pivotal part in curating engaging events, amenities, and services that not only enhance the tenant experience but also strengthen connections within our communities, both internally and externally, reflecting our core values and driving positive impact. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for devising innovative campaign strategies to effectively captivate our tenants and target audiences across diverse digital channels. You will also manage our tech stack, ensuring smooth integration and optimization of tools and platforms to enhance our digital marketing initiatives and achieve maximum impact and engagement.

This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including property management, leasing, marketing, and people, alongside Senior RXO team members to effectuate a consistently elevated experience and increased satisfaction of our tenants. You will serve as the bridge between the physical and digital environments to ensure we are developing products, amenities, and services that our tenants are craving.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hospitality:
  • Serve as the ultimate concierge, acting as a central hub for hospitality and knowledge about the building and community
  • Tenant & Community Engagement:
  • Serve as a connector between tenants, external organizations, and the broader RXR network, actively addressing customer needs and collaborating with internal teams for effective solutions
  • Event Planning & Operations:  
  • Curate and execute inspiring events, programming, installations, and activations inspired by local and industry trends, managing all aspects from set-up, breakdown, and on-site assistance for in-person events, ensuring smooth execution and a positive attendee experience
  • Devise an annual curriculum aligning with RXR’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) as well as Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals. Implement programs that foster a diverse and sustainable workplace culture
  • Vendor Management and CRM Maintenance:
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure the smooth execution of workplace initiatives, events, and amenities while maintaining strong relationships. Simultaneously, manage and update the vendor Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and current information for effective communication and collaboration
  • Marketing Support:
  • Facilitate communication with the creative agency to aid in the development of newsletters, e-blasts, and various marketing materials for promoting events, amenities, and tenant engagement initiatives. Implement creative strategies to boost visibility and participation
  • Marketing Tech Stack Management:
  • Oversee the marketing technology stack, including platforms like HubSpot and others, to effectively disseminate marketing materials. Implement strategies for continuous improvement, optimizing efficiencies in marketing processes, and enhancing overall performance
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including property management, marketing, and leasing, to ensure alignment of events and initiatives with broader company goals, placing a specific emphasis on supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) metrics
IDEAL EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
  • This position is ideal for a candidate interested in marketing, communications, and hospitality, seeking to gain tangible industry experience in a highly creative, collaborative, ever-changing, and fast-paced environment
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role required 
  • Excellent listening, speaking, verbal, and written communication skills and the ability to build positive and professional relationships 
  • Experience with managing multiple projects end to end and being able to multitask under pressure and prioritize work to ensure it is completed under intense deadlines 
  • Have worked on outreach campaigns to increase awareness of a brand, service, or product and supported the creation of marketing materials and content 
  • Experience working on a team, and independently to execute unique programming and events

$55,000 - $60,000 a year
Bonus eligible.
The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
