Join us as a Mid-Level Leasing Professional, where you'll be an active member of our dynamic leasing team working on a portfolio of premium office and retail spaces in the heart of New York City. Collaborate with top executives and other internal teams and resources in creating, managing and executing goal oriented transactional related results, create and foster strong relationships in both the tenant and broker communities in addition to many other leasing related duties. Work with internal department leaders, internal and external leasing team members focused on marketing and positioning strategies for current and upcoming vacancies, lease renewals, conducting tours, crafting proposals, and negotiating leases. PRINCIPAL RESPONSBILITIES
    • Cultivate and nurture robust relationships within the commercial real estate industry, particularly with office and retail brokerage professionals
    • Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including design, construction, marketing, and legal consultants
    • Collaborate with internal business partners across Asset Management, Marketing, Operations, Design, and Construction to develop and execute individual annual asset plans
    • Contribute to the development, management, and assessment of property marketing plans and campaigns to ensure effectiveness
    • Support the coordination, monitoring, and execution of the construction process related to lease obligations
    • Conduct property tours for prospective clients, partners, and lenders, showcasing asset features and establishing market leasing rates and terms within the submarket
    • Prepare comprehensive responses to prospects and broker proposals, aligning effectively with owner and/or lender requirements
    • Continuously gather, analyze, and report real estate data, including asking rent sub-knowledge, market trends, historical occupancy data, and asset comparisons
    • Engage in lease negotiations alongside attorneys, brokers, and internal decision-makers

    • Capable of delivering compelling presentations to Executive-level prospects

    • Openness to adopting and exploring new technologies and platforms
QUALIFICATIONS
    • 7-12 years of successful commercial real estate office leasing experience representing principals or owners
    • Retail leasing experience preferred, but not required
    • Proficiency in lease deal finance, including fundamental understanding of TVM/Yield calculations and amortization concepts
    • Strong working knowledge of New York City commercial real estate market based on professional experience
$175,000 - $200,000 a year

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a team member's base salary/rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g. location, years of service, specialty, education, relevant experience).
