Responsibilities:Build and lead a team to modernize our workflow and projects, focusing on delivering key initiatives and meeting project requirements.Implement and govern project management methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Work closely with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project scope, objectives, and timelines.Address standstills and requests to provide timely deliverables and resolve issues.Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.Collaborate with the IT team and subject matter experts (SMEs) to drive projects forward and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
