We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance department. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for executing a variety of financial procedures, including month-end and year-end closings, accounts payable/receivable, tax returns, general ledger review, budget forecasting, and conduct internal audits. You will also play an integral role in building and maintaining financial reports and analyses.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts. Assist with tax audits and tax returns. Manage the processing of all business transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.Adhere to company, federal, and state financial regulations. Develop periodic financial statements for management that clearly explain operational effectiveness.Participate in financial standards and regulation setting.Support budgeting and forecasting processes.Conduct regular ledger preparation.Organize and update the company’s tax data profile.
