The role is for a Sr. Staff Accountant, where you will play a crucial part in our team, handling tasks related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledgers, and more. Responsibilities:• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) ensuring accuracy and timeliness.• Perform bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.• Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.• Prepare and record journal entries as part of the month end close process.• Utilize various software tools such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to streamline processes and improve efficiency.• Regularly review and analyze financial data, generating reports as needed.• Participate in internal audits, providing necessary information and explanations.• Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve financial processes and outcomes.• Assist in other accounting projects as needed.• Stay updated with industry trends and current best practices in accounting.
