Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3 years’ accounting experience 
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
• Excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles
• Polished written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Requirements:

• CPA license or CPA candidate
• Public accounting and/or law firm experience 

What will your day look like? As a Staff Accountant, you will prepare journal entries on a daily basis. You will reconcile general ledger account balances on a monthly basis to ensure completeness and accuracy. You will also review and analyze financial statements on a monthly basis and provide commentary to senior leaders of the Accounting team.

Additionally, you will assist with the year-end financial statement audit and other audits, as required. You’ll assist with accounting operations for international entities in Mexico, Puerto Rico, South Korea, and Brazil. You will also assist with daily treasury activities. You will work collaboratively with a talented group of Accounting professionals, including senior leaders of the Accounting department. You will also have exposure to professionals outside of the Accounting department, including Real Estate Operations, Human Resources, Information Technology and various others.
