There's currently a permanent opportunity at Robert Half for a skilled Senior Accountant to join a dynamic, innovative team in the Santa Ana, California area. As a Senior Accountant, you will be required to perform financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. We are currently looking for an individual who possess excellent analytical skills and thrives working in a challenging and fast-paced environment while contributing to company growth.Your responsibilities- Provide monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting- Continuously analyze current automation of the accounting and reporting process and present improvement suggestions- Apply oneself to various department-wide initiatives- Delegate resources to Ad-hoc projects as necessary- Present Balance Sheet account reconciliations- Ensure corporate accounting policies, procedures, and controls are followed when working with business partners and be able to provide support on special requests- Provide assistance in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external- Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP- Prepare financial analysis on trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc.
