Job Title: Dynamic Senior Internal Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
1. Craft bold recruitment strategies, implementing inventive sourcing methods to fill multiple roles simultaneously. Be the driving force that keeps their team vibrant and expanding.
2. Pioneer data analysis of job postings, documenting source success rates to optimize their recruitment methodology.
3. Be a paragon of judgement in designing incisive interview questions, assessing candidates, and providing well-calibrated recommendations for managerial review.
4. Display a positive attitude and superior research skills, becoming a tireless advocate for every candidate during the hiring journey.
5. Employ an array of recruitment sources with an unyielding commitment to building a robust and diverse applicant pipeline.
6. Manage candidate flow seamlessly through all recruitment stages using an Applicant Tracking system.
7. Engage heartily in outreach initiatives that endorse diversity recruitment, sourcing candidates from varied channels.
8. Cultivate exceptional relationships with hiring managers, gaining insights into their team needs and open positions.
9. Spearhead insightful exit interviews for outgoing employees.
10. Embrace a variety of duties as flexibility is key in our dynamic work environment
Skills & Experience:
1. Proven track record as a self-driven and passionate Recruiter.
2. A minimum of a four-year college degree in HR or Business, with 3-5 years of robust recruiting experience.
3. Flawless ability to operate under a sense of urgency and adhere to strict timelines.
4. Master multitasker with robust organization ability and razor-sharp attention to detail.
5. Collaborative mindset and boundless resourcefulness.
6. Experienced in various sourcing platforms and proficient in Applicant Tracking systems.
7. Ace MS Office user.
8. Stellar interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills coupled with outstanding decision-making abilities.
