Position Details

As a Human Resources Manager, you'll lead a wide variety of human resources programs and services to help our organization be its best and make the city an employer of choice. Manages a team of human resource professionals that provide great service to the organization and are trusted experts who champion the needs of employees and the organization. This role is exempt and has a salary range of $107,484.21 - $134,052.05 annually. Learn more about the position.

What you'll bring to help you be successful

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, public administration, or closely related field and five years of work experience in human resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Local government human resources and previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • A background or interest in local government work serving the community.
  • An interest in developing what you do best and a commitment to valuing each colleague for their unique perspectives.
