A large technology clients is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join their team. The Senior Deal Desk Analyst will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of our sales initiatives by providing strategic pricing guidance, deal structuring, and contract negotiation support. This role is fully remote. Utilize Salesforce to create accurate and competitive quotes for prospective deals, ensuring alignment with pricing guidelines and discounting policies.Customize orders to meet the unique needs of customers, including special pricing arrangements, product configurations, and contract terms.Submit orders for renewal opportunities, coordinating with sales teams and customers to facilitate smooth transitions and maximize renewal rates.Update daily data migration sheets for the high-volume queue, meticulously addressing all project-specific errors to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, legal, and operations teams, to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to quotes, orders, or data migration.Maintain a detailed understanding of product offerings, pricing structures, and contractual terms to provide informed guidance and support to sales teams and customers.Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the deal desk function, leveraging Salesforce and other tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor pricing strategies to inform pricing decisions and ensure competitiveness in the marketplace.Uphold high standards of integrity and professionalism in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders, adhering to company policies and ethical guidelines.
