Robert Half Management Resources is seeking an Interim Construction Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in managing our client's business growth, from location permitting to location openings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with experience in fast food retail environments preferred. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Must be open to travel, primarily around Georgia. Responsibilities:Project Planning and Coordination:Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for each location expansion.Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and marketing teams, to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles that may impact project timelines or budgets.Construction Management:Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including site selection, permitting, contractor management, and quality control.Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues or delays as they arise.Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.Vendor and Supplier Management:Source and select vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for construction-related services and materials.Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and pricing.Manage vendor relationships and performance to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules.Budget Management:Develop project budgets and track expenses throughout the construction process.Monitor costs and identify opportunities for cost savings or efficiencies.Prepare regular financial reports and updates for senior management.Location Openings:Coordinate with operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from construction completion to location opening.Oversee the setup of equipment, fixtures, and signage according to brand standards.Coordinate training and onboarding of staff at new locations.
