Role Overview

The Project Manager (Data Transparency) role is focused on improving and enhancing data transparency for payment data (i.e. transport modes - air, sea, and ground).

You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating project status updates, managing risks and issues, and implement necessary changes or corrective actions as needed. You will utilize strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills to drive project success and meet the defined business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading complex projects and a track record of delivering high-quality results.

We require an individual who is USA based available for primarily remote work with some office work potentially in GA or FL, on an Ad Hoc basis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a cross-functional team of 8 employees.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Identify sources related to payment data: Data quality & structure and Data transfer
• Develop a comprehensive project plan, including milestones and deliverables.
• Implement strategies to improve data accuracy, accessibility, and visibility.
• Oversee data collection, validation, and integration efforts.
• Work closely with IT teams/relevant resources to enhance data systems and reporting tools.
• Monitor progress, track KPIs, and address any roadblocks.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Regularly communicate project updates to senior management (steering committee).

Qualifications / Skills:

• 8 Years Project Management Experience: Proven track record in managing complex projects.
• Data Literacy: Ability to interpret and analyze data.
• Collaboration Skills: Effective communication and teamwork.
• Problem-Solving: Creative solutions for data transparency challenges.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, time-bound environment.
• Electrical Equipment experience ideal
