Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: The Logistics Strategic Project Manager leads and delivers strategic, high complexity, and high value logistics project initiatives, including large cost savings efforts, while managing cross-functional teams. Lead the development of strategic end-to-end supply chain on assigned initiatives across the Logistics network in the U.S. and Canada that meet business requirements including innovation/growth, resiliency/service, and gross margins/total delivered costs. Leads projects from initiation (charter) through close out. Organizes the cross-functional activities as a workplan with robust timelines, milestones and dependency structured critical paths to ensure completion of the project on schedule on budget and within charter constraints. Ensures the development of thorough risks & contingency plans. Challenges team assumptions for clarity and congruency. Pushes leadership teams to make key decisions in a timely manner. What we look for: 7 years of demonstrated experience in project management within logistics BS/BA degree; MBA desirable but not required. Broad Supply Chain knowledge (Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement, etc.). Knowledgeable in Project Management Best Practices; (certified, professional project manager is desired) Broad industry experience with a preference for Consumer Packaged Goods Able to identify and develop strategic and tactical options to improve supply chain and logistics-specific performance and capabilities. Collaborate and influence others ranging from peers to senior executives in order to accomplish team objectives. Strong analytical skills with an ability to draw conclusions from complex data and information. Ability to simplify and communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms to all stakeholders. Excellent understanding of business financials and ability to articulate financial impacts to supply chain choices and risks. Flexibility manifesting in ability to manage and prioritize planned and unplanned work. Drive and commitment to deliver complex projects and initiatives on time, on budget, and with solutions that meet and exceed business requirements. Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain interdependencies. Curiosity that manifests in ongoing development and learning about external environment. Lead with excellence.
