If interested, please reach out!Your responsibilities in this role- Survey and organize various financial data, reporting it in a useful and understandable manner- Play a part in a variety of department-wide initiatives- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations which include, but are not limited to, cash, prepaid expenses, and payroll- Assemble analyses for monthly balance sheets and income statements for management reporting- Special projects and impromptu reporting, upon request- Manage schedules for capital lease and monthly payments- Prepare monthly financial close workbooks to support the month end, quarter end and year end closing process- Thorough experience with month end balance sheet account reconciliations- Compose journal entries and conduct the month end close with minimal supervision- Periodically maintain and reconcile journal entries- Assist in implementation, maintenance and adherence to internal controls and accounting procedures ensuring compliance with GAAP- Maintain intercompany transactions, billings, and reconciliation- Manage reconciliation, depreciation, and fixed asset ledgers
