The selected candidate will also be tasked with auditing, ensuring compliance, and managing payroll for a large team. This is a short-term contract role in the financial services industry.Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage the execution of payroll procedures in a timely and accurate manner• Utilize accounting software systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian for efficient payroll management• Handle data processing tasks, ensuring all employee information is up-to-date and accurate• Perform regular audits to ensure all payroll activities adhere to regulatory standards and company policies• Manage payroll for a team of over 1,000 employees, ensuring accurate and timely payment• Oversee benefit functions, ensuring all employee benefits are properly calculated and disbursed• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and internal policies• Utilize the Ceridian Payroll System for efficient payroll management• Handle automated payroll tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency• Respond to and resolve any issues or inquiries related to payroll.
