Robert Half is seeking a Network Administrator for a New Mexico based healthcare services organization.The Network Administrator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of the organization's network. This is a critical component in supporting day-to-day operations and long-term strategic goals.As the primary resource and owner of all voice and data systems across our enterprise, you’ll be at the heart of our operations.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:•Design, implement, and maintain our network and voice infrastructure, ensuring connectivity throughout our LAN/WAN infrastructure, including all physical and virtual networking environments.•Safeguard our company’s sensitive data and systems from unauthorized access by designing, implementing, and maintaining network security systems such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPN gateways.•Collaborate with customers, vendors, and 3rd party agencies to coordinate the implementation of secure connectivity solutions.•Provide top-notch technical assistance to our users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. You’ll also provide support and training to end-users on system and application usage.•Maintain accurate up-to-date records of network infrastructure, user accounts, and system backups. You’ll also provide regular reports to management on network performance, availability, and security.•Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall effectiveness of our organization.
