• Trusted Employee: You must possess an active Top Secret security clearance.

What you’ll do:

• The Contractor shall manage, operate, and maintain information technology (IT) for facilities at Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque, NM. Occasionally travel to the Washington D.C. Office may be required. The contractor shall provide services that operate IAW standard Air Force and DoD IT environments.

Functional Description –

• Network Administration duties such as supporting, configuring, maintaining and upgrading networks and in house servers.
• The contractor will install and integrate new server hardware and applications while keeping an eye out for needed updates, support and administer third-party applications, and ensure network security and connectivity.
• Other functions that the contractor shall perform include monitoring network performance and testing for weaknesses.
• The contractor will also set up user accounts, permissions and passwords.
• The contractor will assist the Government IT Lead in resolving problems reported by end user, defining network policies and procedures, help to specify system requirements and design solutions, and research and make recommendations on server system administration.
