Robert Half is working with a client who is looking to bring on a marketing specialist with focus on digital marketing through utilizing tools such as email, CRM, and Google analytics.

It is onsite in Atlanta, and the candidate would have to be able to work events as they arise.

• Formulate a comprehensive marketing plan that integrates digital, print, radio, social media, outdoor advertising, and grassroots initiatives, ensuring sustainable growth and the ability to replicate successful strategies.
• Develop and execute exceptional marketing and communication strategies to enhance local,
• Engage actively with the community and potential participants through communication and outreach efforts, answering inquiries, providing event information, and fostering a sense of community among participants.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties, city officials, and civic organizations.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in non-profit or event marketing.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and experienced in database management.
• Knowledgeable in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Experienced with website platforms like WordPress and email marketing platforms.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in creating and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and events.
• Proven ability to take initiative and proactively identify opportunities for event promotion and audience engagement.
• Innovative in anticipating market trends and implementing forward-thinking marketing strategies.
