SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES It is the responsibility of the Correspondent Division Marketing Specialist I to take ownership of all tasks and challenges that they encounter in the operation of their assigned position. This position is responsible for developing, executing, and measuring the performance of digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, deepen customer relationships, and drive conversions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Correspondent Division Marketing Specialist I should have in depth knowledge and experience related to data-driven strategies, current marketing technologies such as CRM, CMS, and Marketing Automation, and the ability to successfully develop and optimize the performance of integrated digital marketing campaigns. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and drive incremental revenue for the bank Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Manage all elements of the email marketing program: list development, email creation, deployment, and performance measurement. Be able to set up and optimize a drip campaign. Manage vendor relationship for email marketing Maintain and communicate email marketing calendar to manage customer impact Ensure accuracy of customer list and relevant messaging – right message to the right customer Ensure all email campaigns are approved by Compliance and follow the CAN-SPAM guidelines Manage email opt out requests to meet the bank’s privacy policy requirements Manage the bank’s new customer onboarding program including system integrations for automation, customer segmentation, content strategy, campaign execution and performance measurement Plan, execute, and measure pilots and conversion tests (A/B Tests) for copy, images, and messaging Ensure brand message and guidelines are consistent across all digital channels Support Division’s goals to drive adoption and utilization of Correspondent Bank Product. Meet regularly with product team to develop and execute campaigns through the various digital channels. Collaborate with internal teams to help create landing pages and optimize user experience Serve as backup to Webmaster for website and online location management related tasks Assist with implementation of SEO strategy on the website Manage day to day tasks with agencies and other vendor partners Build relationships with MARCOM team members as well as key stakeholders (IT, Compliance, Risk, Lines of Business, etc.) All other tasks, responsibilities, or duties, as directed by management Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. COMPETENCIES Excellent verbal and written communications skills Teamwork and Collaboration Leadership Customer service General banking knowledge General mathematic abilities and quantitative analytics Graphic design skills is a plus QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Education : BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field Experience : 3-5 years of digital marketing experience; Preferred experience with Marketing Technology Integrations (Marketing Automation, CRM, CMS), particularly Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Certifications/Specific Knowledge : Proven working experience in digital marketing strategies and campaigns. Demonstrable experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital marketing campaigns that drive desired results. Demonstrate copywriting skills that inform and persuade a user to take an action. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. Experience with A/B and multivariate testing. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns. Working knowledge or ability to learn the basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES Required annual compliance training, New Employee Orientation PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, reports. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk. WORK ENVIRONMENT Telecommuting roles no matter if hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology is delivered. TRAVEL This position does not require travel but travel 2-3 times per year is optional. Travel may be required to attend meetings, conferences and training as needed.
