Robert Half Legal is partnering with a large, national law firm that's hiring a Litigation Legal Secretary with at least 5 years of experience supporting commercial or employment litigation attorneys. This Litigation Legal Secretary will join and assist attorneys who handle employment litigation. This position is paying between $70-80K, plus bonus, full benefits, and a hybrid WFH schedule. Litigation Legal Secretary Responsibilities:Prepare letters, memos, pleadings and other documentation as required.File pleadings (electronically or otherwise) with the appropriate court systems.Assist with trial preparationDocket dates into a central docketing system.Make travel arrangements.Prepare expense reimbursement documentation and enter attorney time.Enter conflict information into the system for the purpose of running conflict checks for new clients as well as preparation of supporting documentation.Maintain an appropriate filing system for all attorney and client work. For immediate consideration, please email your resume directly to Justin Rambert, VP - Permanent Placement at justin . rambert @ robert half com
