Growing international legal department with offices in Chicago seeks a paralegal to join their friendly team. The paralegal will work closely with teh management team and will be responsible for: · Coordinating document retrieval and productions under the supervision of supervising attorneys; · Preparing draft pleadings, cover letters, litigation hold notices; · Maintaining familiarity with witness files; and · Organizing and maintaining documentation for case management matters and advising attorneys of status dates and changes. · Project management and database management Job Requirements: · Bachelor's degree · 5 or more years of experience as a paralegal · Experience with litigation database management tool Relativity · Strong communication skills (verbal and written) · Ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced/deadline-driven environment while paying close attention to detail An excellent chance to foster client relationships and build case management skills, and to provide support to a friendly team.
