This Legal Operations Specialist will join a growing legal team and report to the General Counsel. As a Legal Operations Specialist with this organization, your focus will be on managing contract processes and assisting in the global departmental operation. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of in-house legal operations experience; prior gaming industry experience is a plus but not required.Responsibilities: Manage and triage incoming internal legal requests and track various metrics.Identify and implement methods for streamlining existing processes and increasing operational efficiencies within the legal department.Conduct business process mapping and assessment to determine how legal department tools can be designed around existing processes or whether processes need to be altered to become more efficient. Provide administrative support (executing, signing, filing documents, etc.) and maintain the legal filing and contract management systems.Collaborate with internal and cross-functional partners on a wide variety of operational and legal team projects.Establish processes and operationalize internal tools to better scale legal matters.Manage the contract execution process from start-to-finish including assembling the contributing team, establishing, and monitoring deadlines, approving changes, finalizing contract, and assuring all documents and communications are stored appropriately for future reference
