Submit an application for this role now!Your responsibilities in this role- Reform and manage contract repositories- Examine external clients' contract terms to align with Company's risk tolerance, and red-line documents as required for compliance- Assemble contractual provisions and administer contract proposals- Handle and organize contract templates; obtain signatures on contracts- Operate the complete life cycle of the Company's contracts (from initial request to final signature and contract distribution)- Review and draft legal agreements (vendor agreements, NDAs, evaluation agreements)- Provide overall support in contract administration functions for the coordination and oversight of requirements for compliance with the contract terms and conditions, along with relaying information to internal departments- Regulate internal and external requests on status of contracts- Update and maintain contracts database- Negotiate and outsource contracts
