HireArt is helping a cutting edge AI research and deployment company hire Operations Specialists (Human Data Collection Program Management). In this role, you will be responsible for the effectiveness of the company's human data collection by measuring performance, resolving process and tooling challenges, training AI trainers, and improving data quality and AI training outcomes.
We're looking for candidates with experience managing data labeling operation with a passion for process improvements to help build a system that efficiently teaches AI models how to understand difficult questions and execute complex instructions. You should have excellent communication skills, be highly analytical, and take a hands-on, proactive approach to scoping and forecasting the needs of the program.
As an Operations Specialist (Program Management), you'll:

• Work closely with external vendors and internal researchers to collect, review, and deliver high-quality data.
• Use internal tooling to assess labeled data and provide feedback to AI trainers.
• Think critically and share recommendations on tooling/process improvements, optimizing for quality, throughput and AI trainer experience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to start up new data collection projects by gathering requirements, writing instructions and training the AI trainers.
• Experience managing data labeling operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite (specifically spreadsheets)
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely while anticipating the needs of company vendors/partners
• Prior experience teaching/leading with a passion to help others get things done
• Enjoy thinking in systems and processes, taking a systematic approach to work
• Have an action-oriented and deeply curious mind, often leading you to become a power user of software and tools

Nice to Have Skills:

• JSON or SQL
• Domain expertise in a specific area (e.g. coding, creative writing, law, medicine) or an ability to speak multiple (3 ) languages
