In NEW YORK, NY (*Remote* Position): Our client – global consulting firm focused in the areas / industries of internal audit, risk and compliance, technology, business processes, data analytics and finance – is partnering with Robert Half to identify a team of Jr. Transactional Attorneys for a long-term, potentially contract-to-hire arrangement. The ideal candidate(s) for this role will be FULLY BARRED ATTORNEYS bringing two - three (2-3) years of relevant experience. Position will involve researching bank regulations / law questions coming from business units within the financial services sector, and legal departments with research and writing skills. Some familiarity/exposure to fund formation, SEC related matters and/or experience with the financial services / regulatory space is a must for this role, as position requires ability to deliver legal analysis to a non-legal audience. Position starts 1/8 and is FULLY REMOTE, with a duration estimate of 6 months, potentially contract to hire in nature. Hourly pay is 35/hr.
