FUNDS / SECURITIES TRANSACTIONAL ATTORNEY
Our client, an established and dynamic law firm, is looking for Funds/Securities Transactional Attorneys to join their teams in New York City, Northern New Jersey, Baltimore MD, Wilmington DE, Boca Raton or West Palm Beach, FL, or Dallas, TX.
Highly motivated individuals are sought who will be devoted to meeting the highest standards of excellence and committed to serving clients
Applicable bar admission is required based on the state location in which the Funds/Securities Transactional Attorney will work (New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Florida or Texas.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates should have 7 years of experience with fund formation, governance and
transactions and/or securities matters.
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
COMPENSATION:
Salary is commensurate with experience. The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $325,000
Plus comprehensive benefits.
