Responsibilities: • Facilitate full life-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding and orientation • Enter and maintain accurate data in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), such as ADP or Ceridian• Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations regarding HR practices• Assist with compensation administration and benefits functions• Handle employee relations matters tactfully and confidentially• Utilize HRMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite programs efficiently for various HR tasks• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures• Assist with workforce planning and employment decisions• Support the HR Business Partner in various strategic HR initiatives• Address inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs effectively and professionally.
