Robert Half is in search of a tech-savvy Human Resources Assistant for a 5-star hotel based in West Hollywood. This role reports into the Director of HR and responsibilities will include managing employee files, assisting with open enrollment, tracking performance reviews, and a variety of other HR related tasks. You will also be responsible for helping with the recruitment process and will be responsible for writing job postings, conducting initial candidate screenings, and assisting with onboarding and terminations. This is a contract position that could turn into a permanent position for the right individual. Hours are 8:30am- 5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Pay is up to $27/hr once permanent. Robert Half is looking for a candidate with light HR experience and strong computer skills! This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who wants to gain experience in human resources. This position is starting immediately and ADP experience is a huge plus!
