Job Function Details: Technical Skills: • An HR Generalist who can support in managing the HR functions for the organization, bridging the gap between recruitment, employee support, and administrative tasks. • Requires flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work on-site at various locations as well as remotely.• Manage HR processes for a workforce of approximately 145 employees.• Oversee the recruitment process for 15-18 open positions, with some requiring multiple hires.• Regularly visit various work sites, including shelters (MSC Shelter and Riley Program locations) at least twice a week for a full day.• Be available for in-person support, handling employee inquiries, and providing on-site training.• Offer hands-on training for employees.• Address employee questions and concerns related to HR and benefits.• Assist with data entry related to COVID testing and outbreak management if needed• Utilize ADP for HR and payroll tasks, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
