Robert Half is actively recruiting for a senior level HR Manager/ Director Consultant for a private equity backed company specializing in Remediation Services. The consultant will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions and initiatives and ensuring that the company remains compliant with relevant laws and regulations. The consultant’s primary responsibilities will be leading the HR department, compensation and benefits, employee relations and performance management. This role will be located onsite in Azusa, CA. Technical Skills:- Regularly review HR Policies and Procedures for compliance with Federal, State, and other applicable agency regulations- Oversee the employee recruitment program - Provide assistance and guidance to other departments - Supervise two HR generalists- Responsible for the onboarding of new employees and terminations-Responsible for compensation and benefits Soft Skills:- Attention to detail- Able to communicate at various levels within the organization
