Our client, a real estate development company, is looking for an Executive Assistant/Lease Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and have excellent attention to detail. Previous experience with real estate development, legal and/or lease administration is a plus, but not a must. As the Executive Assistant and Lease Administrator you will be tasked with administering complex leases and subleases. You will provide direct Executive Assistant support to the VP and General Counsel and will be involved with the negotiations of leases and lease extensions. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and assist with tenant notices, preparing rent increases and work with move-in, move out details for tenants.
