We are hiring for a full time Digital Marketing Manager for a private equity firm specializing in the home service industry located in Bristol, PA. You must have industry experience (HVAC, roofing, managed IT services, electrical, plumbing, etc.) to be considered for this position. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for their portfolio of companies in the home service industry. This position requires 2-3 days onsite in the Bristole, PA office.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive online visibility, generate leads, and increase customer acquisition and retention
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies included but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and online advertising
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and optimize digital content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and more
• Analyze digital marketing performance using various tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and others
• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
• Support portfolio companies in developing and executing digital marketing plans that align with their business goals and objectives

Qualifications:

• Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms - Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Tools, and others
• Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of the home service industry – required
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
