Responsibilities

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and market appropriate products.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet sales / marketing goals.
• Establish priorities while working independently and efficiently.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Drive new business and sales / customer retention.

Requirements

• Strong, verifiable sales skills / experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
• Ability to develop leads and prospect new clients through marketing activities such as networking and referrals
• Competitive personality & the ability to work well with individuals as well as a professional sales team
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
• Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
