Responsibilities:• Organize a considerable amount of returned mail effectively• Conduct a search within our database, comparing the addresses against those found in the returned mail• Update the system with correct addresses if discrepancies are identified• Discard the returned mail responsibly after the data has been accurately captured• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for data entry tasks• Perform high-volume data entry tasks accurately and efficiently• Maintain the integrity of our database by ensuring all data entries are accurate and up-to-date
