Customer service position for the City of Chicago Impound lots – rare opportunity to get your foot in the door! Positions require excellent attendance, the capability to work in a hectic environment, accuracy, great communication skills, a strong work ethic, an outstanding attitude and a sense of humor is helpful!

Schedule may include evenings and weekends as we are 24/7/365.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Answering high volume of phones
• Assisting Driver check in
• Basic computer skills - we will train on our programs
• Must be detail oriented
• Assist customers when picking up vehicles
