Our client, a global law firm in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Data Entry Analyst to join its Human Resources team. This individual will be responsible for scanning, filing, and entering data for all new hire paperwork . The ideal candidate will come with data entry experience from a professional services firm. Experience with Peoplesoft is a plus.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Scan and file documents into the proper electronic personnel file folders
- Track missing documentation and actively seek out missing documents.
- Adhere to all Firm protocols regarding HR documentation and electronic filing standard.
- Utilize scanning software and Adobe Acrobat to manage files efficiently, including parsing out or combining multiple pages.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or associate degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Minimum of one year of familiarity with digital filing experience.
