Robert Half is currently seeking a Customer Service/Call Center Representative for one of our clients in East Windsor CT. The chosen candidate MUST be BILINGUAL in Spanish and English, and has prior experience working in customer service, ideally in a high-volume call center. You must also be reasonably proficient in Microsoft Office products and able to learn new software systems quickly and easily. Your main priorities in this position will be to receive high-volume inbound calls and record caller requests, then triage them to the appropriate internal person to resolve. You may also be asked to make follow-up outbound calls to communicate the solution to the original caller.
