What you get to do every day

- Manage monthly and annual close of income statement and balance sheet, the reconciliations of accounts, and G/L analysis

- Manage daily cash and prepare cash-flow reports, projecting cash needs at weekly and monthly intervals

- Collaborate with executive team and Board of Directors on financial matters

- Direct finance department activities, such as accounts payable, billings & collections, and payroll

- Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts and monitor them monthly

- Assess, execute and streamline policies, procedures, controls and most methodologies

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting on grants and perform corresponding grant accounting
